These terms apply when you engage FilmFuel.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.
Services
Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC, registered at twofour54, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is a social-first video production agency providing social video content, monthly content systems, commercials, documentary and brand films, event and sport coverage, post-production and cutdowns to brands in the UAE and internationally.
Scope of Work and Proposals
All engagements are defined by a written proposal, pitch deck, or Statement of Work agreed between Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC and the client. Scope changes requested after signoff may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Payment and Invoicing
Clients are required to pay for services as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal. Invoices are issued based on the services provided and are subject to the payment terms specified in the agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined in the service agreement. Pre-production costs already incurred (crew holds, location deposits, talent retainers, equipment rentals) are non-refundable once committed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC respects the privacy of its clients. Any briefs, materials, or information shared during the provision of services will be treated with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Final delivered content is licensed to the client for the usage terms specified in the agreement (territory, duration, platforms). Raw footage, project files, and unused material remain the property of Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC unless specifically purchased. Filmfuel reserves the right to feature delivered work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Clients use our services at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
Changes to Terms
Filmfuel Productions FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
